Service

This website provides a free tool that converts HEIC/HEIF images to JPG or PNG inside your web browser. The tool is provided “as is”, without warranty. Keep your original photos: we cannot guarantee that every file will convert correctly.

Open-source software

The converter uses heic2any (MIT License), which includes libheif-js, a JavaScript build of libheif and libde265 (GNU LGPL v3). The source code of these libraries is available at the links above. The library is served as a separate file (/vendor/heic2any.min.js) and can be replaced.
